There is a noticeable effect! Living and working in the Far North, the harsh climate and demanding physical work take a toll: depression, drowsiness, perpetual fatigue, and constant aching pain in my right hand. After starting the vitamins, the issues vanished within a week! Together with Omega 3 and vitamin D, I've forgotten about fatigue and colds. I take two tablets daily during breakfast and lunch, and personally, this amount suffices for me.
